3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Dee Fine Jewels is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
