Processing Time

  • Each final jewel is meticulously handcrafted exclusively for you, in the materials and finishes of your choice. Once your order is confirmed, our artisans require up to 2-3 weeks to perfect the piece before it is dispatched. After the jewellery is made, standard shipping timelines (domestic or international) will apply.
  • Customized or intricate designs may take longer, and the timeline will be communicated individually.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free standard shipping across India.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping available on request at additional cost.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide through reliable partners (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping charges vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email/WhatsApp with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Packaging & Security

  • All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof packaging and fully insured until it reaches you.
  • Discreet and safe shipping is ensured.

  • While we strive to deliver within the committed time, unforeseen delays (weather, customs, courier issues) may occur.
