1. Return Policy
We do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered.
This includes all domestic and international orders.
Please ensure you are confident about your purchase before placing the order. We are happy to assist you with sizing, customization, and product details prior to purchase.

- This applies to all products, including ready-to-ship and custom-made items.
- Returns are not allowed for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders (domestic & international) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at deefinejewels@gmail.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Bespoke / custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the following exceptional cases:
- The item received is damaged during shipping, or
- A wrong item was delivered (i.e. does not match your order).
To be eligible for a refund in such cases:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue.
- The product must pass our Quality Assurance (QA) inspection to confirm the issue.
If the claim is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, after deducting applicable shipping, handling, and customs charges.
- In case of incorrect or damaged delivery, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
❌ Refunds are not issued for:
- Customer dissatisfaction with design after delivery
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Customised/bespoke jewellery
- Any item not reported within 48 hours of delivery
4. Exchange Policy
As we do not accept returns, we also do not offer exchanges.
Please refer to our sizing guide and reach out for assistance before placing your order.
5. Bespoke & Custom Jewellery
All bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised jewellery is:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-cancellable once production has begun
We take extra care to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Please double-check your specifications, sizes, and customisation details before confirming the order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us at deefinejewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach photo/video evidence of the issue.
- Once verified and approved, we will offer:
- A replacement (where possible), or
- A full or partial refund (after deduction of applicable charges)
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after QA inspection confirms the issue.
7. International Orders
- All sales are final for international orders — no returns or exchanges accepted.
- In the rare case of damage during transit or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with evidence.
- Refunds for international orders will be net of shipping, duties, and customs charges, and only after QA inspection approval.
- Return shipping (in case of approved refund or replacement) must be via a trackable courier service.
